About關於茶會

PU SHIANG co-hosted a tea ceremony with otherthings by THE SHOPHOUSE and AINSI THÉ, served in mugs and plates by the British potter Steve Harrison.

Through these salt-glazed vessels, each tea could be fully savoured for its own character: from the opening Osmanthus Charcoal-Roasted Tieguanyin and a 1976 Lapsang Souchong to the closing Honey Fragrance Spring Tea by 姜金域.

樸湘與 otherthings by THE SHOPHOUSE、萃釅 AINSI THÉ 共同舉辦茶會，以英國陶藝家 Steve Harrison 的馬克杯與盤器奉茶。

透過這些鹽釉器物，細細品味每一款茶各自的風味：從開場的桂花炭焙鐵觀音、1976 年正山小種，到最後姜金域的蜜香春茶。

Tea茶 · 萃釅 AINSI THÉ

A contemporary tea house in Taipei, carrying on two generations of tea farming and two of tea trading. Devoted to the essence of the tea liquor, it is tea consultant to several Michelin-starred restaurants, and was named one of Taiwan’s five contemporary tea spaces by Falstaff.

承襲兩代茶農與兩代茶商的台北當代茶空間，全心專注於「茶湯本質」，現為多間米其林星級餐廳的茶葉顧問，並獲維也納媒體《Falstaff》評選為臺灣五大當代茶空間之一。
